Her professional journey began when she joined the Air Force in 2011. Her first stop was Langley Air Force Base where she completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency which focused on sedation with wisdom tooth extraction and endodontics. She was then stationed at Hurlburt Field Air Force Base where she received multiple Officer of the Quarter awards.
In 2014, she was deployed to Djibout, Africa and enjoyed visiting many of the surrounding countries. She was recognized for providing outstanding dental treatment to friendly forces members in Somalia.
After leaving the Air Force in 2015, Dr. Moshos embarked on an 88-day around the world journey, visiting 16 countries. After the trip concluded, she returned to the Carolinas to be closer to family and began her private practice career at Reimels, Miller and Paterra Family Dentistry in Huntersville, NC.
Dr. Moshos is passionate about continuing to advance her professional knowledge and skills. In 2018 she completed the Maxi Course in Implantology and is a member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry as well as the Greater Charlotte Seattle Study Club.
In her free time, Dr. Moshos enjoys traveling (to date she has been to 37 countries!) and spending time outdoors snowboarding, hiking and wake surfing with her husband and two daughters.
She is looking forward to the next chapter of her career at Rivers’ Edge Dental and is eager to provide comprehensive dental care to the Mooresville community.
